Letter to Hathway...Where are we going with this kind of service?

First of all I really wish to appreciate the service that you are providing when it comes to the cable network. Unfortunately I can’t say the same thing when it comes down to the internet service because of the following things.
My internet is not working consistently since the past week. I have paid my bills and expect the service against the same. I did call up the call centre and it did solve my problem in 24hours (which I feel is too long wait time) Yet again the problem persisted the next day. I again called up the call centre and they solved my problem again in another 12 hours. Now the problem has reproduced. That’s a big problem.
I tried to call up the call centre but of all the technical help lines that Hathway has specified on its bill, only one seems to work. That too was busy since yesterday night 1 AM to atleast 3 AM. After that I tried again in the morning and still I couldn’t get through till 10:30 AM. I wonder if it was off the hook unless.
You serve the United States with the same Call Centre.
There are millions of people like me who are facing problems.
I tired just a while ago and some call centre assistant at Hathway helped me loose my temper. I just wonder from where you get your guys recruited from.
Anyways I have a 256KBPS line at my place yet the download speed sucks big time. I stay in the building where your control room is. Expected good results because of this advantage. But seems some things are just not falling at their proper places.
The lady who calls me up for telling me that your technicians were over my place in my absence has been informed a couple of times by me to pre-inform me about their arrival so as for me to go back to my place as I stay alone, but I believe some people just don’t seem to understand. And yes, please make her learn some good phone etiquettes so as for you people to get consistent business in the area (which I doubt you would be getting with this kind of service).
Please help me resolving my problems as promptly as Mukesh Tambe sends pending billing reminders and see to it that does not reproduce again. Also since I have not used even a bit of my quota I hope my appeal of carrying forward my prepaid balance would be treated positively.

P.S: If I would be given a chance to talk to some important guy down there at "Hathway Internet" it would be highly appreciated. Actually I am thinking up of writing a book on "how not to do business". May be he might be the best guy to talk to.
