Round Bottom Flas(h)k

'Hesitant' is how s/w engineers become when they have to change their coding languge or are forced to do that coz they aint got an option. Everybody is resistant to changes... its quite human to do so. But coz of this change most of the times people miss their great oppourtunities to discover the boundries of their capabilities. And there is one such lingu which might make people switch onto their "No way I am not going to do that" mode, and thats ...the Macromedia Flash lingu. Well..."not so much flash" used people feel that there is not much to flash about flash but in real at least till date there is nothing in flash that does not flash coz flash is all about making a flash for the viewers. Wired sentence to read right? with really a lot of flash-flash everywhere. But as a matter of fact this sentence is not the only place where flash is hanging everywhere. Every second good site you surf has considrable amount of flash. Still Java and .NET people become...

Roads to Pune

"Every rose has a thorn" is a gellitic saying...it sure is..it sounds good.. shines...is marvelous!!!, however like people prefer an Alto to a Fronty these days just like that the saying has to be a little update as well.... to a new and a little catchy punchy saying like... "Every Road in Pune has a Thong"...surprized!!! ya but thats true. I'll expliain how. The stupidious an brutious act of the illitrate and moronic people making their careers at the Pune Muncipal Corporation prevoke the tax-payers and well as the tax-savers to have an experience of roller-coasters as well as moon surfaced ride over the bumpy and pot-holish roads of Pune. I doubt if there is any pre-defined standard for making the roads and if there is then I doubt if there is an body to govern and inspect if everything is going round in the proper order or not. Come to think of...

The Pan Walla Patten.

Ever observed the Pan Walla carefully? He is actually the definition of a batch processing and a multi-tasking system. Consider this Scenario: Step 1: You place your request at the pan-walla for...say a 4 magai pan. Step 2: He confirms your request. Step 3: Starts making your pans.....by adding stuff to the bettle leaves....like Gulkand,Kaat, Limestone. by the order they are placed on the Big Round Golden plate. Step 4: There comes another person and says that he wants 1 BlahBlah pan. Step 5: He stop servicing your pans and started 1 pan from the scratch till they reach the same level. Step 6: Again if another request comes then in that case if the earlier pans are almost done in that case he puts this request in buffer and continues with the earlier pans else he repeats steps 5 and 6 changing the values. This thing can go in much deeper.... as in setting the values to be changed.... like controlling the max number of Pans to be prepared at a time. But if we take this as a patter...
